Customer Support Agreements: No matter what service requirements you may have, Ohio CAT can tailor a Customer Support Agreement to help you better plan and control your operating costs. Ranging from periodic inspections, to our satellite-based Product Link System, to a Total Maintenance and Repair Agreement, a selection of your possible options is below:
- Total Maintenance and Repair Agreement: Management of all maintenance aspects, including performance monitoring, preventative maintenance, general repairs, and components overhauls required to assure optimal equipment performance. (Fees based on cost per hour and usage.)
- Preventative Maintenance Programs: Programs to perform scheduled maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications, customized to meet your specific needs.
- Technical Diagnostic Analysis -- Careful evaluation of your entire machine including an assessment of the engine, transmission, electrical, cooling and hydraulic system performance.

- Fluid Analysis-- Identify problems before you can see them! We laboratory test oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, and coolant with an emission spectrometer, a particle count analyzer, and other instruments to identify abnormalities that indicate maintenance needs instead of waiting for a costly failure.
- Product Link & Equipment Manager System-- A direct telemetry connection between you, your equipment, and Ohio CAT, for real-time detection and early correction of emerging problems. Used in conjunction with our condition monitoring software, this system delivers vital machine information to your computer- helping you manage machine operation, utilization, and maintenance.
Repair/Rebuild Options: Ohio CAT offers complete repair and rebuild services, whether for your entire machine, or all major components individually-- including power train, engine, transmission, drive train, hydraulics, torque converters, undercarriage, brake and axle, and weld/bore.
